1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using STRATA AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Intellectual Property & AI Content

A. Your Inputs (The Codex):

You retain all rights, title, and interest in the data, text, files, and other materials you upload to STRATA ("Input").

B. AI Outputs:

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, STRATA AI hereby assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in and to the content generated by the Service based on your Inputs ("Output"). You own the content you create.

C. Similarity of Content:

Due to the nature of AI, output may not be unique across different users. The Service may generate the same or similar output for STRATA AI or a third party (e.g., generic blog outlines).

3. Accuracy and Reliability (AI Disclaimer)

Artificial intelligence is probabilistic. STRATA AI makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Output. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before using, publishing, or sharing it. We are not liable for any "hallucinations," factual errors, or offensive content generated by the AI models.

4. Subscriptions and Credits

  • The Service operates on a credit-based or subscription basis.
  • No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • Rate Limits: We reserve the right to throttle usage if it exceeds fair use policies or threatens the stability of the system.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Generate content that promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal acts.
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Reverse engineer the Service or the underlying prompts and agents.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall STRATA AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

8. Changes
